Session Time & Late Arrivals
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.
The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the photoshoot, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if sufficient notice is given and the new date is available.
Booking, Payments & Rescheduling
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrival by the client will reduce the available shooting time, as sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time. If the session exceeds the booked time due to client delays or additional requests, extra time may be charged at the photographer's standard hourly rate, subject to availability.
Turnaround Time
We take great care in professionally selecting and editing every image. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Portrait Sessions: Up to 3 weeks
Events: 3–4 weeks
Weddings: Up to 2 months
Studio Sessions: Same-day delivery
Please note that these are maximum turnaround times and your gallery may be delivered sooner. In the event of unforeseen circumstances that may cause a delay, you will be notified as soon as possible.
